Horticulture Blog - 15.11.24

Pupils from the Horticulture and Sports pathway joined together  to do a hike in preparation for their DofE qualification.

We hiked up to the pots & pans war memorial in Saddleworth.  It was a beautiful sunny day and we had a few stops on the climb up to take in the spectacular views.

We had lunch at the top and even the Grinch made an appearance for a picture at the monument, where we looked at the poppy wreaths from Remembrance Sunday.
