This half term, our Core Group PE classes have been working hard to improve their fitness levels through a series of engaging and energetic sessions during their Health-Related Fitness unit, and they’ve certainly been put through their paces!
From cardio circuits to strength-building and endurance activities, students have explored the key components of fitness: endurance, flexibility, strength, and overall wellbeing. These sessions weren’t just about improving their physical activity, they were about learning how to make healthy choices and understanding the importance of staying active and instilling the knowledge that they’ll have for life.
We’ve seen incredible effort, teamwork, resilience and determination from every student.
